Spelled is the oldest type of wheat used by man. In order to be consumed on our tables, it must undergo some work processes. Among them, dehulling is the first and is necessary, since it removes the first external layer (bark, inedible). This operation, however, does not affect the nutritional and organoleptic properties of the cereal. It is great for cold salads and soups.
